Had a busted heater hose connector that caused my car to spray coolant all over my engine block. James came out very quickly and got me fixed up in about an hour! He presented me with my options and explained everything very well, being sure to completely answer my questions. Super friendly and quick service, and at a great price! Definitely recommend.

James has serviced two of my vehicles over several years. For me, he has replaced brakes, shocks, alternators, valve cover gaskets, intake manifolds, and performed other tasks. James is one of the most honest and caring mechanics you can find. It is true that he will only recommend what is necessary. Yesterday, I changed my own battery in a parking lot (I've done many times before) but when my car started, it would rattle and turn off. I thought I'd need a tow to the shop but when I called James to make him aware, he helped me reset my idle sensor (by revving the engine a bit) over the phone. His willingness to help is extraordinary and while I was anxious about the prospect of needing a repair, just hearing his confident voice when he answered the phone gave me calm. James is a great person with whom you should trust your vehicles. He generally has great turn around time as well.

James and his team are the ONLY mechanics I take my vehicles to -- and I've recommended him to so many friends/family! My 2021 Dodge Ram did not start today as I was preparing to take my son to school. It sounded like the starter to me (all of the electronics still worked, and I heard just a click). I called ProFleet Mobile and told James I needed him to replace it ASAP. He told me to take a breath, walk to the truck, put him on speakphone, and follow his instructions. I did. He said he was almost positive it was a bad battery, and advised me to take it out and go get the battery checked (for free) at an auto parts store right down the street from me. If, by chance, they say the battery was fine, he told me to call him back and THEN he'll see if it was the starter. Sure enough, it was a bad battery! The truck started right up and has been running smoothly since I replaced it! I would've bet money it was the starter, based off past experiences! Most mechanics would've just rip you off by replacing the starter, then wait for you to come back for a battery! Not ProFleet! James has been that way ever since I've met him YEARS ago! So much so, that if he tells me I need som
